4.03 riling for Office Motion by Sands to replace a filing fee of $ to the city clerk with a reasonable filing <br />fee as determined by the city council to the city manager. Motion approved unanimously. Motion by Sands to <br />approve Section 4.03 with the change in the previous motion, with no earlier than 70 days or later than 56 <br />days and with the insertion of eligible before voter. Klausing abstained, all other aye. <br />4.04 Procedure at Elections Motion by Johnson to adopt Section 4.04 as written.
