RESOLUTION TO DISSOLVE <br />Whereas, The Roseville Charter Commission adopted a motion <br />to write a Proposed city charter on Augv~t. 16, 2000; <br />Whereas, The proposed charter was adopted as the final <br />document on August 15, 2001; <br />Whereas, The propc~ed charter was placed on the ballot for <br />a vote of the citizens of Roseville on November 6, 2001; <br />Whereas, The citizens of Roseville rejected the proposed <br />charter on a vote of <br />NO 3759 59% <br />YES 2635 41% <br />Whereas, There being no further business to come before the <br />Roseville Charter Conn~ission; now therefore be it <br />RESOLVED: That the Roseville Charter Commission be dissolved <br />as of November 20, 2001. <br />Resolution proposed by Georgians Sobola. <br />
