Memo <br />To: Steve Sarkozy <br />From: jerame Beck <br />CC: <br />Date: 11/10/99 <br />Re: Roseville Charter Commission Broadcasts <br />As directed by City Council action, the November meeting of the Roseville Charter <br />Commission will be broadcast live on Roseville Channel i6 at r p.m. on Wednesday, <br />November 17,1999 and rebroadcast at the following times: <br />Saturday, November 20 at G p.m. <br />Sunday, November 21 at 10 a.m. <br />Roseville Charter Commission rebroadcast times may need to be revised in December <br />due to a change in the ~~eekend rebroadcast time of the Ramsey Comity Board meeting <br />provided by the North Suburban Cable Coininission. Staff will attempt to establish a <br />regular rebroadcast schedule for Charter Commission meetings after the nature of the <br />change in the County Board meeting rebroadcasts is knov~m. <br />The video production staff has also been instructed to provide tcvo CIS copies of the <br />meeting to Margaret for delivery to the Roseville library and one VT~S copy to be made <br />available in the Roseville administration office. <br />• Paye 1 <br />
