Thre commission will loo(: at the Dome-rule charter <br />which may allow voters the right to initiate local laws and approve major spcucling projects, <br />and other issues of local governance. <br />The Roseville Chatter Connnission will. consist of at least sewn pet,ple. ~:OIIl111tsSiOn <br />members will be selected by the Chief Ramsey District :lodge based on qualifications, <rI-rd on <br />demographic and geographic balance.
