<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILlAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />HELD AUGUST 10, 1970 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due ca II and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on ~Ionday, Aug. 10, 1970 at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~lol1, Councilmen Anderson <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the foJbwing resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5447 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />has been advised by competent engineers that it is feasible to construct <br />underground storm sewer line s, pipe s and appurtenances for the purpose <br />of constructing, operating and maintaining underground storm sewer <br />mains, pipes and appurtenances within that portion of said Village <br />as a part of Improvement No. 69 -21 for the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council deems it necessary and ex- <br />pedient and in the best interest of the Village and its inhabitants that <br />the Village acquire permanent easements across and under certain lands <br />for the above purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the statutes of the State of Minnesota state that <br />the Village has the power and authority to take and acquire said land <br />by condemnation under the power of eminent domain: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILlAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
