The Village Council hereby deems it necessary and expedient that the Village acquire a permanent ea sement acros s the property des- cribed as follows: The West 5 feet of the East 500 feet of the North 252 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. That a permanent easement be acquired for the purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating underground storm sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, together with ingres s and egress. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name of and in behalf of the Village of Roseville Minnesota, and that said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Anderson , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
