<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village on <br /> <br />Monday, the 14th day of September, 1970, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present g Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br /> <br />Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5457 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT ST-68-23 DECLARING COST <br />TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARA- <br />TION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />vmEREAS, contracts have been let for Storm Sewer Improvement <br />ST-68-23 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, am the contract <br />price for such improvement is ~ 55,660.]2 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount <br />to ~ 11,7.39.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will <br />be $ 67.399.12 and of this cost the village will pay $ 41. 799.00 <br />as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />hereby declared to be $ 25,600.12 . <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager, together with the assistance of the <br />village engineer, consulting engineer and fiscal consultant, shall <br />
