<br />forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for <br />such improvement against every asse3sable lot, piece or parcel of <br />land within the district afie~t~dq without regard to cash valuation, <br />as provided by law, and h~ shall file a copy of such proposed assess- <br />ment in his office for pUblic inspection. The Village Manager may <br />arrange for the assistance of the Machine AccOlnting Division of the <br />County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The Village Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action and <br />for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
