STAT. 410.05, SUBD. 2 <br />To: Honorable J. Thomas Mott <br />Chief Judge of the Second Judicial District <br />The Charter Commission heretofore appointed is pleased to report the following activities <br />occumng in the calendar year 2001. <br />1. In August 2002, the Commission adopted a final document and submitted the <br />same to City Council requesting the matter be placed on the ballot in the general election of <br />November 5, 2002. <br />2.
