TWENTY FOUR HOUR USES: Any commercial use that is regularly open for business <br />or involves other significant, outdoor activity during any hour between 10:00 P.M. and <br />7:00 A.M. (Ord: 1234, 12-15-1999, eff. 1-1-2000) <br />USE, INTERIM: A temporary use of property until a particular date or until the <br />occurrence of a particular event as determined by the city council. (Ord. 1086, 1-14- <br />1991) <br />VETERINARY CLINIC: A veterinary care facility for small animal diagnostic and <br />surgical procedures, owned and managed by an on-site state of Minnesota licensed <br />veterinarian. A veterinary clinic shall not mean kennels for normal lodging or training of <br />animals. (Ord. 1178, 4-14-1997) <br />YARD: A required open space on a lot which is unoccupied and unobstructed from its <br />lowest level to the sky, except as otherwise permitted in this code. A yard extends along a <br />lot line and at right angles to such lot line to a depth or width specified in the yard <br />regulations for the district in which such lot is located. (Ord. 1286, 08-04-2003) <br />YARD, FRONT: A .yard extending along the full width of the front lot line between side <br />lot lines and from the abutting .front street right-of--way line to the front building line in <br />depth.
