6. Outdoor Storage: There shall be no outdoor storage of either materials or products. <br />-(Ord. 1013, 5-11-87; amd. Ord. 1085, 1014-91). <br />7. Stormwater Ponding -All required stormwater ponding shall be provided and may <br />utilize new technologies such as roof gardens, piping under parking lots, etc. All above <br />ground ponding shall be designed as an amenity for the enjoyment of the residents and/or <br />employees in the community. <br />(Ord. 1370, 7-14-2008) <br />1005.08: MOTOR VEHICLE RENTAL AND LEASING BUSINESSES: <br />A. Motor vehicle rental and leasing businesses as tenants in office and office service .buildings <br />may be allowed through the issuance of a conditional use permit in the B-1B, B-2, B-3, and <br />B-4 Zoning Districts. In the review of such applications, it shall be determined that the <br />storage of vehicles on the premises shall be purely an accessory use, does not function as <br />display or advertising and does not alter the appearance and character of the property. <br />B. Additional Conditions: In addition to other conditions that may need to be attached to these <br />conditional use permits to ensure compliance with the intent of this Section, motor vehicle <br />rental and leasing businesses shall conform to the following standards: <br />1. Small Vehicles: For rental and leasing businesses, a small vehicle is defined as a motor <br />vehicle intended primarily for passenger use and no taller than 7 feet in height and no longer <br />than 20 feet in length. <br />2. Large Vehicles: For rental and leasing businesses, a large vehicle is defined as any .motor <br />vehicle other than a small vehicle. <br />3. Parking Spaces: The number of parking spaces on site for rental vehicles shall be above <br />and beyond the number required by the City for employees of the rental or leasing business <br />and for other uses on the site or in the same building. <br />4. Maintenance; Cleaning: All maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, all equipment for <br />maintenance and cleaning of vehicles, and all trailers or other equipment or devices used for <br />transporting vehicles shall be completely within the principal building or completely <br />screened from eye level of adjacent public streets, residential areas and from other tenant <br />spaces if the use is in a multi-tenant building. <br />5. Storage of Vehicles: Storage of vehicles shall not interfere with the safe and efficient <br />access and circulation of vehicles and pedestrians on site. <br />6.Office Building Location Restrictions: If located in an office building, only small vehicles <br />may be rented or leased and the parking spaces, signage and other visible evidence of the <br />rental or leasing business shall be compatible with the office setting. (Ord. 1099, 8-26-91); <br />amd.1995 Code) <br />1005.09: AUTOMOBILE SERVICE STATIONS AND CONVENIENCE <br />STORES SELLING FUEL: <br />Automobile service stations shall conform to the following standards: <br />A. Surface Coveri.:~g: The entire site, other than that taken up by a structure or planting, shall be <br />surfaced with asphalt or concrete. <br />B. Drainage System: A drainage system subject to the approval of the Public Works Director <br />shall be installed. All drainage systems shall include an oil elimination catch basin. <br />
