The 8 foot fence height only being allowed along the north property line (adjacent <br />to Roselawn Avenue from the west property line to a point 5 feet from the <br />driveway edge. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Doherty, Boerigter and Chair Bakeman. <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
