EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BO OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of August, at 5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Vice-Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter & <br />Doherty <br />Variance Board Member Boerigter introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NOe 2 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 4 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1005<015 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR THE TILE SHOP 1803 COUNTY ROAD C (PF3587) <br />WHEREAS, The Tile Shop has requested a VARIANCE to Section 1005.01 (Minimal <br />Dimensional Requirements -Corner Side Yard Setback) of the Roseville City Code to alleviate <br />the principal structure setback violation created by the County Road C reconstruction project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The Tile Shop parcel is located at 1803 County Road C, and legally <br />described as: <br />SEE ATTACHEMNT "A" <br />PIN 04-29-23-43-0004 <br />WHEREAS, 1005.O1A6 requires all principal structures to be set back a minimum of 30 <br />feet from a corner side yard property line; and <br />WHEREAS, The Tile Shop will have a principal structure setback of 26 feet from the <br />recently acquired roadway easement (Ramsey County) adjacent to County Road C; and <br />WHEREAS, a roadway easement is treated the same as a property line and therefore said <br />easement line becomes the line to which a principal structure setback is applied; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing structure will encroach 4 feet into the required corner side yard <br />principal structure setback; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />4 foot VARIANCE to Section 1005.01 of the Roseville City Code for The Tile Shop (Fairview <br />Roseville LLC) 1803 County Road C, subject to the following condition: <br />
