to The current structure on the property shall be designated a conforming use <br />pursuant to Section 1011.02.A.2 of the Roseville City Code, which allows such <br />designations where a nonconformance is caused by a public agency's taking, such <br />that: <br />(a) all future additions, improvements, remodeling, or rebuilding on the property <br />need only retain the existing principal structure setback from the post-expansion <br />County Road Cright-of-way, in accordance with this variance; and <br />(b) the requirements of Sections 1011.03 and 1011.04 of the Roseville City Code, <br />restricting rebuilding of or improvements to nonconforming structures, shall not <br />apply to any future additions, improvements, remodeling or rebuilding of the <br />property as a result of any nonconformance caused by Ramsey County's taking for <br />expansion of County Road C. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bakeman, Boerigter & Doherty <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
