1. The edge of the pylon sign (not the pylon post) must be set back a minimum of 1 <br />foot from the property line adjacent to Lexington Avenue. <br />2. The pylon sign height must be limited to a maximum height of 20 feet above <br />grade. <br />3. The applicant must locate and expose the property corner markers adjacent to <br />Lexington Avenue, prior to the issuance of a sign permit. <br />4. The pylon sign must be internally lit (as currently designed) and not externally lit <br />which source may be visible from Lexington Avenue and the adjacent residential <br />properties. <br />5. The sign base (ground) must include some landscaping, including low growing <br />shrubs and perennials. <br />6. The variance (if granted) shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign <br />permit is not issued (Section 1013.03). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Bakeman, Pust, Boerigter, Doherty <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
