1. The detached accessory building shall be set back a minimum of 32 feet from the <br />front yard property line adjacent to Owasso Boulevard West. <br />2. The detached accessory building shall be limited to 626 sq. ft. of building <br />footprint area. <br />3. The structure shall be used for storage and personal hobby\wood working use. The <br />structure shall not be used as an accessory living unit or to conduct a home <br />occupation or commercial business. <br />4. The detached accessory building shall be limited to a maximum height of 15 feet <br />(mid-point of roof truss). <br />5. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and the <br />proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit application. <br />The materials and unique architectural design (dated 10/05/04) submitted in the <br />variance application shall be the design submitted for the building permit. <br />6. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />adjoining (north/southwest) properties. <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (January 17, <br />2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Doherty, Boerigter, and Chair Bakeman. <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
