3. The pylon sign must be set back a minimum of 15 feet from the (new) property <br />adjacent to County Road C and a minimum of 10 feet from the property line <br />adjacent to Lincoln Drive. <br />4. The monument signs must be built of similar materials to that of the pylon (brick <br />and E.I.F.S.). <br />5. The monument signs must be limited to a height of 14 feet and a total signage not <br />to exceed 35 sq. ft. per side. <br />6. The monument sign adjacent to County Road C must be setback a minimum of 15 <br />from the (new) property adjacent to County Road C and must be placed west of <br />the easterly access into Rosedale Square (at Byerly's). <br />7. The monument sign adjacent to Lincoln Drive must be set back a minimum of 10 <br />feet from the property line adjacent Lincoln Drive and must be located on the <br />south side of the southern access into Rosedale Square. <br />8. The variance shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign permit is not <br />issued (Section 1013.03). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mulder, Boerigter, Doherty, and Chair Bakeman. <br />and the following voted against: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
