1. The fence must not exceed a height of 8 feet measured from the existing grade to <br />top of fence\lattice. <br />2. The fence must be constructed of wood (preferably cedar), be a 6 foot framed <br />board and batten design, and have a 2 foot mission lattice design. The fence must <br />be colored an earthen or wood tone. <br />3. if there is only one finished side to the proposed fence, that side must face the <br />adjoining (southeast) property. <br />4. The applicant must stake the rear yard property line from the property corners for <br />property line verification for the fence installation location. <br />5. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (August 3, <br />2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Traynor, Doherty, and Bakeman <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
