NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />107 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) and a 4 foot <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dwelling Dimensions -Side Yard Setback) <br />allowing the construction of an attached garage addition, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The attached garage stall addition shall be set back a minimum of 6 feet from the <br />side yard property Line. <br />2. The attached garage stall addition shall be limited to 192 sq. ft. of building <br />footprint area. <br />3. The parcel shall be limited to a maximum impervious surface coverage of 3,620 <br />sq. ft. or 30.9%. <br />4. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and the <br />proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit application. <br />5. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />adjoining (north) property, <br />6. No additional sheds or impervious surface may be added to the site. <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, 2005) <br />unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:. Pust, <br />Boerigter & Bakeman. <br />and the following voted against: none <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
