2. The fence must be of an earthen tone to match with vegetation and lawns in the <br />area. If there is a more finished side to the fence, that side must face the two <br />adjoining neighbors' lots. <br />3. The applicant must stake the side property lines from property corners throughout <br />the area along the side lot lines where the fence will be installed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Chair Bakeman and Members Pust and Boerigter <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
