N®W 'I'HER~FOI2E BE IT RES®LVEI), by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve <br />a 704 sq. ft. lot coverage VARIANCE to Section 1004.O1A6 of the Roseville City Code for Paul <br />DeBorde to allow the construction of a 864 sq. ft. detached garage in the rear yard at 1740 Galtier <br />Street, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The detached accessory structure must not exceed a size of 864 sq. ft. <br />2. The detached accessory structure must be set back a minimum of 5 feet from the <br />south property line and 6 feet from the principal structure. <br />3. Impervious coverage on the parcel must not exceed 3,720 sq. ft. or 37.2%. <br />4. The existing garage and the shed located behind the existing detached accessory <br />structure (garage) must be removed from the site. <br />5. A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and the <br />proposed improvement and which meets the stated conditions of approval, must <br />be submitted with the building permit application. The south property line must be <br />staked prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />6. Drainage and roof gutters must be installed to direct runoff away from the <br />adjoining (south) property, <br />7. No additional sheds or impervious surface may be added to the site. <br />The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date unless that applicant has been <br />granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Traynor and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Doherty, Traynor, and Bakeman <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
