NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to grant an <br />11.5-foot AMENDED VARIANCE to § 1009.03M (Ground Sign) of the Roseville City Code for <br />the freestanding `ground sign" adjacent to the Byerly's access at County Road C at Rosedale <br />Square, based on the findings in Section 5 and the following conditions <br />1. The ground sign shall be setback 3.5 feet from the permanent roadway easement line. <br />2. The monument signs must be built of similar materials to that of the pylon sign (brick and <br />E.LF.S.). <br />3. The monument signs must be limited to a height of 14 feet and a total signage not to <br />exceed 35 square feet <br />4. The variance shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign permit is not issued, <br />pursuant to § 1013.03. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Boerigter, Doherty, and Chair Bakeman. <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
