1. The Love from Minnesota/Dunn Bros. Coffee sigh shall be limited to a height of <br />12 feet. <br />2. The Ground Sign must be installed/constructed a minimum of 15 feet west of the <br />property line adjacent to 2465 Fairview Avenue. <br />3. The Ground Sign must have a minimum base of 18 inches or greater. <br />4. Signage for the sign shall be consistent with Section 1009.08E or not more than <br />100 square feet. <br />5. The ground area around the base must include landscaping of which low growing <br />shrubs and\or perennials is recommended. <br />6. The variance (if granted) will expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign <br />permit is not issued (Section 1013.03). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Chair <br />Bakeman, Boerigter, and Pust <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
