2. The property owner must locate the lot corner pins along Nancy Place and create a <br />scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating the existing principal structure <br />setback and proposed location for the detached accessory structure and must <br />submit this plan with the building permit application. <br />3. The detached accessory structure shall be set back a minimum of 6 feet from the <br />principal structure. <br />4. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff toward the street. <br />5. The existing impervious surface, located along the west side of the property, must <br />be removed and the driveway apron and curb cut removed, to be replaced with <br />curb line. <br />6. The applicant must receive a driveway access permit from the Public Works <br />Director for the new Nancy Place driveway, which can be no wider than 26 feet at <br />the property line <br />7. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date unless that <br />applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
