3. The freestanding monument/ground sign shall be located adjacent to the Corpus <br />Christi Church access from/to Fairview Avenue. <br />4. The maximum height of the freestanding monument/ground sign shall be 8 feet. <br />5. The variance shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign permit is not <br />issued (Section 1013.03). <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
