1. The site and this applicant/use (Cummings Mobility) shall be limited to a front <br />yard vehicle sales/display area not exceeding 10 vehicles. <br />2. The applicant shall provide parking lot striping to accommodate parking and drive <br />lanes to achieve adequate traffic flow as prescribed by the City Engineer and <br />Planner and consistent with the aerial photo and site plan dated October 4, 2006. <br />3. Applicant shall work with staff to apply appropriate landscape to soften the <br />frontage along County Road C in keeping with improved aesthetics of the <br />roadway. <br />4. No vehicles requiring work shall be located in the front yard. These vehicles are <br />required to be stored inside, in the fenced security area, or the rear of the structure. <br />5. No vehicles are to be parked within nineteen feet (19') of the sidewalk along <br />County Road C. Cummings Mobility will work with staff to determine a method. <br />for making the remaining pavement in that area un-park-able <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
