EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOA OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 6~' day of September, 2006, at 5:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member Boerigter introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION N0.44 <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING A VARIANCE TO §1004 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />CODE FOR CHARLES WELECZHI, 1822 DALE COURT (PF3781) <br />WHEREAS, Charles Weleczki has requested a VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residential <br />Districts) to allow a principal structure encroachment into the required front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1828 Dale Court, and legally described as: <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a minimum 30-foot setback for principal <br />structures from the front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Charles Weleczki seeks to enable the design and future construction of a <br />principal structure (i.e., house and attached garage) to encroach up to 15 feet into the required <br />front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Variance Board, at their meeting of September 6, 2006, held a <br />public hearing on said request and. listened to concerns and comments by neighboring property <br />owners regarding the lack of a "hardship" due to the recent creation of the unique shapes lot; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to DENY a <br />VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements -Front Yard Setback) <br />for the vacant parcel at 1828 Dale Court based on the following findings: <br />
