NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />VARIANCE to § 1012.03 (Traffic Visibility) to allow a pylon sign within the "visibility triangle" <br />and a VARIANCE to § 1005.01 (General Requirements in Business Districts) to allow the <br />construction of a pylon sign in a location not less than 5 feet from the County Road Bright-of- <br />way and not less than 5 feet from the Dale Street right-of--way, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant must work with the City Engineer to select a satisfactory location <br />for the sign such that the sign is not positioned too near the storm sewer and not <br />closer than 5 feet from any right-of--way. <br />2. The variance shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a sign permit is not <br />issued pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member Doherty and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Bakeman, Boerigter, and Doherty; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
