<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br />September 14, 1970 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota# was held in the Village Hall on September 14, 1970, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Cur ley, Graue l, Linebarger, Anders on <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />The Village Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Storm Sewer Dnprovement ST-68-23 prepared <br />by him with the assistance of the village engineers as directed <br />by the Council on September 14, 1970, and reported that the <br />assessment roll is now on file in bis office and open to public <br /> <br />inspection. <br />Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />then introduced the follow- <br /> <br />ing resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUI'ION NO. 5498 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSfv1ENT FOR <br />STORM SET~R IMPROVEMENT ST-68-23 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that. the proposed assessment. roll for the above improve- <br />ment, now on file and open to public inspection in the Office of <br />the Village Manager, is approved, and the Manager 1s directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br />proposed assessment on OCt.ober 5, 1970, in the Village Hall, 2701 <br />North lexingt.on, in said village. <br />
