<br />The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meet- <br />ing, the general nature of uaid improvement, the area proposed to <br />be assessed, t.hat the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Village Manager, and that written or oral objections thereto <br />by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published <br />in the official newspaper of the Village at least once and shall <br />be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting_ <br />For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels <br />shall be those shown as such as of August 15, 1970, on the records <br />of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does <br />not appear on such records (other than owners of property which <br />is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested <br />in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the <br />records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anders on <br /> <br />, and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
