EXlRACT OF t<IINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 2S, 1970 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Monday, September 28, 1970, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Anderson and the following were absent: None Hember Linebarger introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 5504 RESOLUTION DIRECTING niE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE ESTABLISHED TAX LEW FOR GOLF COURSE BONDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, ICE ARENA BONDS AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $26,500 in the Golf Course Debt Retirement Fund resulting in the transfer of $26,500 from revenues received frOM the Golf Course Operations in 1970; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $70,000 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $100,000 in the Sewer Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $100,000 from revenues received from the Sewer Utility operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $33,200 in the Ice Arena Debt Retirement Fund resulting from the transfer of $33,200 from revenue received from the Ice Arena operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $75,000 in General Improvement Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that: 1. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1970 tax levy for Golf Course Bonds - 1967 by $26,500 from $26,500 to O.
