The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1970 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds - Series C by $25,000 from $32,900 to $7,900. 4. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1970 tax levy for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds - Series F by $75,000 from $75,000 to O. 5. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1970 tax levy for General Obligation Ice Arena Revenue Bonds, 1968 by $33,200 from $48,200 to $15,000. 6. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1970 tax levy for General Improvement Bonds - Series 4 - 1968 by $75,000 from $130,000 to $55,000.
