<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 12, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on October 12, 1970, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Counci lmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5531 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8.320 of the Village Code <br />of the Village of Roseville Continental Oil Company filed an application <br />for special use permit. The special use pennit was to operate a car wash <br />facility in conjunction with a gasoline service station at 1721 Lexington <br />Avenue, Village of Roseville, Minnesota, said property is legally described <br />as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />East 229.27 feet of the SE quarter of SE quarter of <br />Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, except the north <br />767.00 feet thereof and except the south 369.89 feet <br />there of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the recommendation was made by the Planning <br />Commission of the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Village Council <br />on the 21st day of September, 1970~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined after due consideration of the <br />Planning Commission and from all the information available at the public <br />hearing that said use as proposed by Continental Oil Company for a <br />
