<br />car wash is incompatible with the output to the surrounding property <br />and it would act to the detriment and disadvantage and inconvenience <br />of the property owners adjacent to said car wash. In particular, it <br />would cause increased traffic into an already conjested area serving <br />the near by shopping centers. It would cause more traffic than the <br />average retail use land. Furthermore, the driveway exit from the <br />proposed property was inconsistent with the adjacent driveways <br />serving the nearby shopping centers;. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLWWS: <br /> <br />1.
