1. The western end of the fence must not extend further toward the western <br />property line than indicated on the site plan reviewed as part of the <br />application. <br />2. The "finished" or "good'' side of the fence must face the neighboring property, <br />consistent with § 1012.02C (Fences) of the City Code, in anticipation of the <br />potential removal of the existing fence in the future. <br />3. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a fence permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Boerigter, Doherty, and Martinson <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
