1. The size of the proposed additions must not exceed what is illustrated in the <br />plans reviewed with this application, and the total impervious surface area on <br />the property shall not exceed 33% of the lot area. <br />2. Measures must be taken to provide on-site mitigation of storm water from the <br />marginal impervious surface area. Such mitigation measures may include <br />directing rain gutters toward the interior of the lot, installing and maintaining a <br />"rain garden" filtration basin, or some combination of these or other measures <br />as approved by the City Engineer. <br />3. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Wozniak and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Boerigter, Doherty, and Wozniak; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
