1. The size of the proposed principal structure (home), attached garage, and <br />driveway shall not exceed that illustrated in the plans reviewed with this <br />application, and the total impervious surface area on the property shall not exceed <br />3,407 sq. ft. or 30% of the lot area. <br />2. Measures must be taken to provide on-site mitigation of storm water from. the <br />marginal impervious surface area. Such mitigation measures may include <br />directing rain gutters toward the interior of the lot, installing and maintaining a <br />"rain garden" filtration basin, or some combination of these or other measures as <br />approved by the City Engineer. <br />3. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the denial/adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Doherty, Wozniak, and Acting Chair Boerigter; <br />and Members voted against -None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly denied/passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
