X~' C'~ OF UTES OF ETNG OFT E <br />VAR NCE BOA F T E CITY OF ROSE LLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2"d day of May, 2007, <br />at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Acting Chair Boerigter and members <br />Doherty and Wozniak; <br />Variance Board Member Doherty introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />SOLU'T'ION N. 57 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1005 (BUSINESS DISTRICTS) <br />OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR JOHN ERICKSON (GOLD EAGLE <br />CLEANERS),1233 L ENTEUR AVENUE (PF07-012) <br />WHEREAS, John Erickson has requested a VARIANCE to § 1005 (Business <br />Districts); and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1233 Larpenteur Avenue, and legally <br />described as: <br />SECTION 15 TOWN 29 RANGE 23 SUBJ TO ESTS OF RECO AND <br />WIDENED L ENTEUR AVE THEW 147 FT OF E 280 FT OF PART S OF <br />EXTENDED S L OF VAC CRAWFORD ST OF SW 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF SEC 15 TN <br />29 RN 23 <br />PIN: 15-29-23-43-0034 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.01 (Minimal Dimensional Requirements -Setbacks) <br />requires a minimum structure side yard setback often feet from an adjacent Business <br />zoned property line; and <br />WHEREAS, the pre-existing structure built in 1961 lies six feet from the east <br />property line; <br />WHEREAS, Section 1005.01 (Minimal Dimensional Requirements -Setbacks) <br />requires a minimum parking lot front yard setback of five feet from the front property <br />line; and <br />WHEREAS, the pre-existing parking lot lies 14 feet from the property line <br />adjacent to Larpenteur Avenue; and <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
