~. All other site improvements must be constructed consistent with the plans <br />reviewed as part of this application. <br />9. Storm water management facilities on the property must be approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />10. In order to reduce the risk of flooding, the floor of the proposed addition must be <br />built above the current floor of the existing building by one additional course of <br />cement block. <br />11. The applicant must sign an agreement to indemnify the City from any damages <br />that may result from flooding. This document will be drafted by City staff and/or <br />City Attorney. <br />12. Pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code, the VARIANCE shall expire 6 months <br />after the approval date if a building permit is not issued. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Boerigter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members Boerigter, Doherty, and Wozniak; <br />And none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
