<br />Extract of \linutes of ;'leeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, i1innesota, <br /> <br />\'Jas duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, <br /> <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the ~~enty-sixth <br /> <br />of October, 1970, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger andAnderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5546 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PETITION TO VACATE PART OF <br />COUNTY DITCH NO. 4 <br /> <br />Vv'HEREAS, the Village of Roseville had filed with the Ramsey County <br /> <br />Auditor, on October 3rd, 1968, a petition for the improvement and relocation <br /> <br />of Ramsey County Ditch No.4; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville's petition requested the following: <br /> <br />1. An order for the relocation and construction of Ramsey County Ditch <br /> <br />No.4 in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Town- <br /> <br />ship 29, Range 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. For an order to reconstruct Ramsey County Ditch No.4, in its present <br /> <br />location between Trunk Higl~ay 36 and County Road B; and <br />
