<br />~~lElmAS, the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing <br /> <br />on January 6, 1969, to consider the above improvement to County Ditch No.4, <br /> <br /> <br />as outlined in Bannister Engineering Company's report; and <br />WHEREAS, said petition by the Village of Roseville for the Improvement of <br />County Ditch No.4 was approved by the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners on <br /> <br /> <br />January 6, 1969; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has completed said improvement of County <br /> <br /> <br />Ditch No.4 under Village Storm Sewer Improvement No. ST-68-ll; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has obtained all necessary permanent ditch easements <br /> <br /> <br />wi th specific legal descriptions as requested by the Ramsey County Board of <br /> <br /> <br />Con~issioners; and <br /> <br />NOW, 11IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br /> <br />petition the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners to vacate that portion of <br /> <br /> <br />County Ditch No.4, lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br /> <br /> <br />Section 9, Township 29, Range 23; and lying west of Fairview Avenue between <br /> <br /> <br />Trunk Highway 36 and County Road B, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby authorized to <br /> <br /> <br />prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the <br /> <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />
