SS-t-'J-P-7l-ll <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in the general area of Michels Rosedale Addi- <br /> <br />tion consisting of HYthe Street and Draper Avenue by the construc- <br /> <br />tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous street, concrete curb <br /> <br />and gutter, drainage improvements and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on <br /> <br />January 18 <br /> <br />, 19 ~ is hereby <br /> <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of pro- <br />perty affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
