<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the village public WOrks <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasi- <br />ble and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman LinebarJ;1:er <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof! <br /> <br />All present <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />} ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMS EY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said <br />Village held on the 8th day of February, 1971, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Dnprovement No. <br />SS-W-P-71-1l. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of the <br /> <br />Village this <br /> <br />10th <br /> <br />day of February, 1971. <br /> <br />~%' <br /> <br />Act' gVillage Manager <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />.
