<br />EKtract of Minutes of ~eeting of the <br />Village Co::ncil of the Village of Roseville <br />l~msey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th day of <br />February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'rhe following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Grauel, <br />Linebarger, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilman Grauel <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5585 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-71-18 <br /> <br />~ffiEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br />of Roseville generally in the area on Highcrest Road from County <br /> <br />Road D to County Road C-2 in conjunction with the Village of St. <br /> <br />Anthony by the construction of bituminous street, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited pro- <br />perty for all or a potion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br /> <br />to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111. <br />
