<br />NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B.Y THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed ;l.I.uprovement be referred to the Village public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and <br />as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve- <br />ment as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Linebarger <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) ss <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />It the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said <br />Village held on the 8th day of February, 1971, with the original <br />thereof on file in my otfice, and the same is a full, true and com- <br />plete transcript insofar as the same related to Improvement No. <br />P-71-18. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of the <br />Village this 10th day of February, 1971. <br /> <br /> <br />'~ <br />"rJ <br />2,{i1!< <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br />
