The Planbook is sold to <br />residents at a reduced rate of $10 per book and the proceeds will go toward future <br />editions. <br />Housing Replacement Program — City funded program to help stimulate <br />redevelopment of single family lots. The City will purchase, on a voluntary basis <br />only, buildable sites with dilapidated homes. The home will be demolished and <br />lot sold to a homebuilder or homebuilder/buyer team for the value of the land <br />only.
