The home must have a purchase <br />price below $�-1-�;AA4 $148,000 in Ramsey County#�e-�t-FOpe�i��-�a��e-a. <br />One loan was issued for a family of four to purchase a home in Roseville <br />for a total amount of $132,580. <br />. Ramsey County Rehab Resource Line - A telephone hotline that seeks to <br />provide a"one-stop-shop" information service for homeowners interested in <br />housing rehabilitation.
