7.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />7.1 By motion, approve (approve with modifications or deny) a resolution granting Peter <br />Vesterholt, 699 Heinel Circle, a variance from Section 1004.02D (Minimum Yard <br />Requirements), Section 602.06 (Parking on Boulevard Prohibited) Section 1016.22A1 (Non- <br />Conformities), and Section 101616 (Structure Design Standards of the Roseville City Code to <br />construct an attached garage addition. <br />Prepared by.
