The parcel does not ha�e the size or access necessary to create a high-density residential <br />development and a low traffic generating neighborhood friendly, job producing office <br />condominium use is an appropriate zoning buffer for the adjacent townhomes to the east. <br />NOW TI�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVID, the City Council, based on the findings listed <br />above, hereby approves and adopts the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from HD (High <br />Density Residential) to B(Business) for property located at 2330 Le�ngton Avenue, subject to: <br />1. Review and comments of the Metropolitan Council. <br />2. Proper rezoning of the subj ect parcel. <br />3. Approval of the Fina1 Development Plan regarding the Planned Unit <br />Development. <br />4. Approval, signature, and recording of the Planned Unit Development Agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
