EXTRACT OF NIINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCII, CITY OF ROSEVII,LE RAMSEY COUNTY, NIINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 22nd day of January, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7�:XXX RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBII,ITY REPORTS ON 2001 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: l. By resolution adopted September 11, 2000, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-ST-01-02 Neighborhood 10 P-ST-S W-01-09 Neighborhood 18 P-ST-S W-0 1- 10 Neighborhood 15 Asbury Street, Snelling Avenue to City Limits Ridgewood Road, Asbury Street to City Limits West Owasso Boulevard, Victoria Street to City Limits Josephine Road, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-ST-O 1-02, P-ST-S W-O 1-09 and P-ST-S W-0 1- 10. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 12,200 1, at 7: 15 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4.
